Can’t miss work to go over labs? No problem, we can email the labs to you with instructions. Need an after hours appointment? We’ll work with you in at a time when it’s convenient for you. We recommend that you pair your primary care membership with wrap around coverage. While we can take care of about 85% of your healthcare needs, an insurance plan would help cover you in the event of hospitalization, stroke, heart attack or cancer care.

- Adults NOT currently enrolled in Medicare, or medicaid

Due to regulatory restrictions, we will not prescribe controlled medication via telehealth. An in person visit may be required.
If requesting any treatment that requires medications, laboratory, and radiology testing and using insurance, it is advised to see what your insurance covers. If insurance is not used then we can offer extremely low self-pay rates as we collaboratly work to make that happen for you. We are not responsible for additional cost incured by insurance.
If a Prior authorization is required, we charge additional fee of $35 for the time to process it. We will discuss with you prior to any charges. We do not guarantee that medication will be approved by insurance even after a prior authorization. If you would like to avoid this fee you can complete your own prior authorization.
Peptides may require and in person visit and medication is not included.
